- Store creation and management tools with custom subdomains
- Advanced license key management system with HWID binding and session tracking
- Reseller management with customizable permissions and discount structures
- Integrated payment processing through third-party providers (Stripe, PayPal, etc.)
- Anti-fraud protection and automated dispute handling
- Built-in customer support systems
- Analytics and reporting tools
3. User Accounts and Store Creation
Users can create accounts to establish digital storefronts on our platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Each store receives its own subdomain and comprehensive management tools.
4. Payment Processing and Fees
LockHorizon does not directly handle customer payments. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors connected directly to store owners' accounts. We operate on a fee structure where:
- Standard Plan: 2.75% fee per completed transaction
- Premium Plan: $150 monthly subscription with no transaction fees
- Payment processor fees (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) apply separately as per their terms
5. Store Suspension and Account Actions
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment or policy violations:
- Fee Non-Payment: Failure to pay monthly platform fees will result in store suspension after a grace period. During suspension, no new purchases can be made and existing license keys become inactive
- Account Termination: We reserve the right to permanently ban accounts for severe violations, which stops all store operations and license system access
- Restoration: Suspended stores can be restored upon payment of outstanding fees
6. Store Owner Responsibilities
- You are responsible for all content and activity within your store
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You may only sell digital products - physical items are prohibited
- You must provide accurate product descriptions and fulfill orders promptly
- You are responsible for customer service and dispute resolution with your buyers
- You must maintain current payment information for platform fees
7. Buyer Protection and Disputes
While we provide tools for secure transactions, buyers are responsible for their purchase decisions:
- We are not responsible for losses due to fraudulent stores or scams
- Buyers must pursue refunds and disputes directly through their payment provider
- Buyers can report suspected fraudulent stores for investigation
- We will investigate reports and take appropriate action against violating stores
8. System Availability and Technical Issues
We strive to maintain system reliability but are not liable for losses due to technical issues:
- We are not financially responsible for losses due to system downtime, data loss, or security breaches
- In the event of significant service disruption, we may waive platform fees for affected periods
- We will make reasonable efforts to restore services and assist in data recovery
- Users are encouraged to maintain backups of critical data
9. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to content you upload or create on the Service. However, you grant LockHorizon a license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to sell any digital products offered through your store.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all data associated with your account may be permanently deleted.
11. Limitation of Liability
LockHorizon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes through the Service or via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
